1. Free Plan

The Free plan is offered at no charge. No payment is collected and therefore no refunds apply to the Free tier.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies once per customer.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@sendifyai.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard under Billing Settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time during subsequent billing cycles after the initial 30-day guarantee period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including spam, abuse, or illegal activity. Refunds are also not available for add-on purchases, overage fees, or API usage charges.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us for any billing concerns before disputing charges.
