1. Subscription Plans

Sendifyai offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes specific features, contact limits, and send volumes as described on our Pricing page. Free plan requires no payment. Pro and Enterprise plans require payment.

2. Billing and Payment

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We accept payment via credit/debit card through Stripe.

3. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged to the payment method on file. We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time unless covered by our refund policy.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

6. Free Trial

New Pro and Enterprise subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial period at no charge. If not cancelled, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. You may cancel before the price change takes effect if you do not agree.
